Summer of Progress
Updated: Oct 9, 2020
Hello all! I’m a little bit behind schedule this week but I have a lot in store for my next post (which will be Tuesday!), and I didn’t want to leave you with nothing this week! I thought I would share a little bit about my summer, and I would love to hear about yours in the comments at the end of this post!
I’m not going to lie; I didn’t get nearly as much done as I wanted to this summer. I had this line-up planned out in my head that included biking, swimming, hiking, and everything else I can do while it’s still warm outside. Although I didn’t complete some things on my list, there’s a hefty number of things I did accomplish!
I was able to jump into the world of blogging, which has been a dream of mine for at least a year. I’ve really enjoyed building this website and am thrilled that I get to share it with you all.
I GRADUATED college! I completed my last 6 credits at the beginning of this month and am finally out of school and ready to take on the world (and my lovely student loans!).
I just got an iPad and am incredibly excited to learn and use Procreate to make more digital art!!
I moved! I was able to get a cute little apartment in a nice area with my wonderful boyfriend. Great view, great community, a POOL, and more than 1sq ft of kitchen counter space!!
I got a new job. That isn’t retail or food. Though I still do work at Target one day a week to keep my discount.
I had lots of Blue Moon.
Though I haven’t had the time to go hiking or plant a little garden yet, there’s still time within these next couple of months where the weather will still be warm or at least semi-warm! Plus, many fall activities are upon us, which are just as wonderful!
Apologies again for how little this post is! I’m super excited to share the next one on Tuesday, stay tuned for when I return in a couple days.
Comment below what the highlights of your summer were!
